Mixology
Our mixologists work closely with Chefs and various suppliers, playing with a myriad of flavors and unique Indian ingredients to create these concoctions. They have named their creations after some very interesting Sanskrit words.
Sanskrit is a language of vibration. Meaning there is energy held in the words. By now we're all familiar with “OM”, the primordial sound of the universe, and “Namaste”, meaning the light in me honours the light in you. But there a few more lesser known words that can also help steer us toward our best selves.
